Holy shit, it worked. I was on standard by mistake. Upgraded all seats to Premium. I don't know how Claude is even affording this.

If this is not done correctly, I bet this is going to be the greatest mistake OpenAI has made. Either it would be the best or the worst. There is no middle path. Personal opinion: They both need to be separate. But I guess OpenAI has something in mind, that we don't know yet.
Tibo confirmed that OpenAI plans to merge Codex and ChatGPT capabilities, with the goal of making the experience less complex for users: “…and for Codex and ChatGPT, we have Chat and the Work toggle, and we’re going to merge them. We’ve heard the feedback loud and clear: people love the capabilities in Work, but sometimes you want to use Chat because it’s a little faster and more pleasant to use. So we’re merging the two and reducing that complexity.”

Basically, OpenAI will only be catering to $500 power users. The rest of the users can go to hell. That's nice.

I think one of the highest-leverage skills you can learn right now is AI video creation + editing. There are already a ridiculous number of tools and models, and the quality is improving every few months. My current workflow is stupidly simple: Cursor + Antigravity + Hyperframes + Gemini 3.8 Flash Yeah, Opus 5.5 mogs almost everything. But learning how to generate, direct, edit, cut, remix, and package video with AI feels like a much bigger long-term skill. Because the tools will keep changing. The underlying skill - knowing how to turn an idea into a great video - will compound. And 6–12 months from now, AI video is going to be way better than it is today.

I imagine what if Google someday releases its own: Google Bot. The strongest competitor to all of it. Would be crazy.
quick comparison between OpenAI’s "Dot" and Grokbot: I prefer Grokbot. With Grokbot, I have a Chief of Staff, a daily team meeting where all my Grok bots exchange information, and various sessions dedicated to different tasks. This not only provides a better overview but also helps synchronize the various activities. OpenAI’s Dot might well be very potent - especially given the capabilities offered by Astra - but I haven't quite grasped exactly who it is initially aimed at. Is it for the casual user or for more professional users? The design feels more playful- geared more toward ChatGPT users than Codex users. At the same time, however, OpenAI is heavily promoting the power of its "always-on" agents. Once OpenAI’s Dot is further developed and allows for delegating tasks to multiple agents, I’ll give it another try.

My journalling iOS app has crossed 10 downloads/day organically now. Also, I got my 1st annual paid trial of $19.99 Let's see if this converts. Interesting times.

The frontier lab with the highest compute will win the AI race. This is pure BS. GPT 6.1 sol is completely unusable sometimes. My hunch is that when @SpaceXAI starts orbital data centers at max capacity, we will see who wins.

GPT 6.1 Sol does feel smart, with improved usage. Might be my daily driver now. Used for almost ~2 hours and only 3% depleted.

Your SaaS should be a plugin in ChatGPT 🤭
Your SaaS should have an MCP server.

This is so confusing. With what I understand, $200 subscription = $ X value of API. That will be halved. But somehow the usage would be more, because of efficient models? What is this?
Hi, Tomorrow we are re-opening the Pro $200 subscriptions to new subscribers, but together with it we are also changing how we calculate the usage for it. In effect, if you do the math, it will net out at half the dollar in API spend compared to the old Pro $200 plan. Now that it's said, let me explain why this is happening and why you will still get more work done than if you were on the Pro $200 subscription one month ago. (a) We didn't want to compromise in other ways and are committing to not reintroducing the 5h limit, so that you can fully use the weekly usage when you want. (b) On the subscription, we guarantee that over time you always get more work done and with an increasing level of quality. This means that you will continue to get more value per dollar spent as a result of models getting more efficient and us passing down the improvements in the form of API price reductions. (c) We don't want to put an incentive on ourselves to artificially inflate the API list prices to make it look like you are getting a lot (and workaround it through discounts, etc). Instead we want to continue to both rapidly reduce prices and increase capabilities of models on the API. This week we introduced GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna at 50% of their previous price. Over time, we see prices go low enough that it makes sense for most to buy usage as needed without there being a significant gap between what you get in a subscription and what you get in the API for a dollar spent. (d) Tomorrow, we are adding more things to the subscription that won't draw on the usage, I won't reveal what that is yet. I wanted to be transparent before all the big announcements tomorrow. Lots of new exciting things are coming to the subscriptions that will make it super compelling, but I wanted to make sure to share this change ahead of time so you can all understand it before we shower you with good news. Codexingly, Tibo

I was always worried that if I talked about random topics, my audience wouldn't resonate. This is the antithesis of that. Thinking of "I am my own niche" aligns everything nicely. Anyway, it's about showing what you stand for, what you think, and sharing it with the world. I love this. I like to talk about AI, Growth, SEO, Videos (now that Opus 5.5 can one-shot crazy motion videos), LLMs, AI stocks, SaaS & whatnot. This also coincides with my philosophy: One should be a Generalist in the AI world. You will never know how your dots would connect.
There is no framework or strategy or system that works on X anymore... There's no playbook.. so its pointless to say that if you do x,y,z you will make money from X But a few people have asked me about my approach to X.. So here's the anti‑playbook that I'm using (last 4 weeks) - 1. There is no niche, no audience, no limited set of topics that I write about. I write about whatever I want to write about whatever I am interested in, whatever I feel deeply about. Whenever I feel that I have something to say, I say it. It doesn't matter what niche I'm in or what topic it is. As long as it's something that I deeply care about, I will talk about it. I am the niche. The people who like that will follow along and come along for the journey; others can move on. I use X more as a micro blogging platform than a social network.. I write what I would write on my blog or personal site. I dont recommend this to anyone.. 2. Lately I started writing a lot.. much more. My volume of output has increased a lot, especially because of @VoibeAI I'm now mostly dictating all of my posts and not actually physically writing them, which also means that I can write longer posts instead of shorter ones. They are also lightly edited... I don't edit as much anymore. I like them raw and unfiltered. There might be some grammatical mistakes and errors, but that's okay. That makes me human. That makes me look less like a bot. The algorithm might prefer longer posts right now... not sure.. but give it a shot.. 3. Writing on trends helps a lot. 80% of my views in the last two weeks have come from 3 or 4 posts, combined for 2.5 to 3 million views across a few posts that went viral, which is crazy. They were about AI, and when Dario wrote the essay about pacing the frontier, I felt deeply enraged by the hypocrisy of the big AI companies. I felt the need to write about it, to express and reveal how they are trying to coordinate a psyop against freedom of AI. That is a trending topic almost every day here on X. I accidentally discovered the power of riding a trend here.. its crazy.. So if you write about a trending topic, it might help you.. But that is not my main goal.. the main goal is still point number 1 - this is a micro blog for me.. And I love coming here everyday and documenting my thoughts in the most raw unpolished way as possible.. If I make some money along the way.. amazing.. but I won't be deterred if the next payout goes to $0.. ive been writing here for no money for 5 years now.. and im good for another 5.. cheers..

My feed is filled with videos like this. Did Claude really cook motion design videos? This is annihilation. Absolute batshit crazy.
As much as I love codex, this video claude made for me is incredible. Here was my prompt "make a dynamic 15-second motion graphics video that shows what an incredible motion designer you are, like it's your showreel for a résumé. go all out."

Google Stitch is super underrated. And my mind is blown by how fast I am iterating. Tools I am using: - Google Stitch (@stitchbygoogle) - Impeccable (@impeccable_ai) - ShadCN (@shadcn) - UI/UX Pro Max (uupm.cc) - Codex (as my main orchestrator) - MCPs to connect everything - ChatGPT to plan everything It has changed the way I build UI/UX for my SaaS

My initial reaction after using GPT-6 Sol for 2 hours. Faster. Usage-efficient. Does the work. Might be my daily driver for now. Will hook up GPT-6 Luna + Hermes next.
