Great question - been thinking about this. Two core tenets of terrapunk are human maximalism and expanding consciousness. So it really depends on personal interpretation of if AGI will destroy or enhance humanity, and therefore destroy or expand consciousness.

Such a fun idea. Drones are fitted w/ different MRV kit each time so the pilots are challenged.
Some tension between speed (fun) and quality of measurement (utility), but probably resolvable with high enough frame rates and good enough cameras.
