so its now in my other ear ๐ thankfully its early for it so it isnt as bad as last time but i cannot lay down or else itll hurt bad. which is even worse considering im wide awake now at 3am bc laying down is again, BAD.

i do not know what i did wrong for it to be on my other ear. I clean my headphones after each long use, i didnt go to bed with my hair wet, i didnt put water in my ears.
im trying to remember if maybe i got out of the shower and put my headphones after i thought i was dry?
