I was surprised how many people braved more snow and more cold last night to come talk Browns at Barnes & Noble in Strongsville. We had a lot to talk about, and I really appreciate hearing from readers. The new store was great — big, and a very attractive layout.

That said, bias aside or not, Pluto’s institutional knowledge, incredible work ethic and breezy writing style make his stories flow and his books readable. You know what you’re in for with chapter titles like “Here We Go Again: Great Expectations” and “One of the Great What-ifs: Baker Mayfield.” The book focuses on recent players like Odell Beckham, Nick Chubb, Myles Garrett and, of course, Deshaun Watson. Toss in a couple of hat tips to late and beloved broadcaster Jim Donovan, a handful of fan perspectives, and you have a typical Pluto book: Entertaining and educational.
