What's worse about all of this are the completely spineless losers that believe there shouldn't be retroactive punishment on top of severe punishment to City.
They cheated. Award the victims who played by the rules. Relegate the club. Fine them into oblivion. That is the minimum

An independent Commission has found Manchester City guilty of serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period.
• ‘Sham’ commercial deals used to artificially inflate revenues and reduce costs
• More than £900m involved in the schemes
• Misstated accounts filed and the true state of the club’s finances concealed
• Significantly breached Premier League and UEFA spending limits
• Commission concluded City intended to circumvent Premier League rules
• Multiple breaches of duties to co-operate, with ‘concerted efforts to stop and frustrate’ the investigation
• Sanctions will be decided at a separate hearing
Manchester City have until Friday 2 October to appeal the findings.
