Are players physically equipped to compete at the level football is becoming?
I’ve clocked 36.79km/h and run 1km in 3:07. I’m also a sponsored Under Armour athlete.
These are elite physical numbers, and The Plyo Lab App has played a huge part in helping me develop them…….

The higher you progress in football, the more physically demanding the game becomes. Would you agree?
Non league is no exception.
Players need more than team training. Clubs need to monitor workloads and develop their squads physically.

As much as I’m a footballer myself I’m also a S&C Coach. Having worked & trained premier league players, this off/pre season I’m looking to gather serious non league players trying to go back to their clubs the fittest.
