You can tell the mathematicians don’t get it just by the look of their ugly slides. All detail, no concept. This is why the replacement is happening folks. Humans doing details makes absolutely no sense. It’s a dead vocation.

I feel doing Mathematics after LLMs might become like writing Poetry in 21st century. For centuries writing poetry was the top literary pursuit. Now, prose dominates our writing, after novels became main literary form. Applied math might replace pure mathematics in similar way.
