"I'm trying to help support the Bhayshul Tuten fantasy people."
Trevor Lawrence took a knee instead of scoring a touchdown and then gave a shout out to Bhayshul Tuten's fantasy managers 😅

Anyone ever done a slow draft? Been in this league 15 years & we went from live draft at a sports bar to slow draft the last few years. We started Aug 21st & as of Aug 29th 10 am we are in round 11 & that doesn’t include our keeper round! It’s brutal!
Discovered today that a guy I loaned money to for poker in Oct 2023 passed away in April. He caught me walking to the cage & it was only a daily tourney buy in. I hadn’t seen him in years so I expected it was possible. RIP he seemed to have a tough life.
To everyone playing this game clean — paying backers, one account, no RTA — you’re the backbone of poker and 99.9% of the community.
The honest grind doesn’t trend, but it’s what keeps this whole thing alive. 👏
When we sleep in a new environment, our brains enter survival mode. One hemisphere rests, while the other remains on high-alert
This is why we often wake up feeling groggy and may even be awakened by the slightest noise
Scientists call this the “first-night effect”

Story time
Back in 2005-06 a friend of a friend was hosting a poker tourney an hour away & asked if I wanted to play. $100 buy in with rebuys & probably 30-40 people. That sounded great to me so @jeffrobuckle & I drove & hit the game. Basement game in a nice neighborhood.
Local card room has $1k hrly high hands. I sit down & who do I see across the table from me...yep the dude from 20 years ago. I've played him a few times since then but it really hit me last night that he was the one who poked my head. Anyway I raise 33 & get like 4 callers
I Cbet an A57 flop & only he calls. Turn 2 and I bet 70% pot & he calls. River is a 5 and I bet pot. He tanks & tanks & finally says nice hand John & folds. I think about showing but just say thanks & laugh to myself how much bigger than $20 the pot was.
