Good talk. In it you mention AIs have gotten really good at medical advice and everyone should have a subscription to it. Which one would you recommend from experience?

In the defamation suit against @TheLiverDoc, the injury on record is a company's falling sales. The liver failures he writes about have no seat in court. Cyriac Abby Philips shares his talk, Facts, Not Fear, on fighting health misinformation and taking on what he calls the state-supported, business-driven Ayush industry. Himalaya's 2023 suit claims his posts substantially cut its business and seeks ₹10 crore. That injury came with a remedy: a court order telling X to block his account, over what his side said were nine posts out of about 43,000. It was later restored. His evidence has no plaintiff. In a 2019 Hepatology Communications study of 1,666 people with cirrhosis, 68% had used alternative medicine. Among patients whose liver failed after possible herbal injury, 63% had self-medicated based on social media sharing. 53% died. Defamation law can price a brand's lost revenue. It has no line item for a reader who never took the pill. So the doctor ends up in court defending sentences, while the outcome he is warning about never gets a hearing. Lost sales have lawyers. Prevented liver failure leaves no receipt.
