I've been cooking hard over the last few weeks to get my new project @Stature_finance up and running. After billions of tokens and not seeing the sun for a while, I submitted the first version for the @solana Stocklana hackathon today. Stature will be the easiest and cheapest way for end users to buy tokenized stocks. Now I still have about 2 weeks left to add more functionality, start the beta, and get the first people to actually invest using the app before I hand it in for the big Colloseum hackathon. Never give away free advisory equity. I'm very opinionated on this: equity should be deserved, not handed out like candy. You either give equity if: i) someone pays you for it ii) it's a strategic partnership If you're tempted to give equity for free just remember: you only have 100 of it (even less as it dilutes). Besides, there's cracked people who'll give you free advice and mentorship. Superteam and Solana Foundation employees are literally paid to make you successful. Imagine an accelerator wanting to invest $300k into your business to get 7% equity, and looking at that one dude on your cap table who got 3% for free. Protect your cap table.
