This is how I think most devs should be working right now. I find it significantly nicer than "cloud" agents.
Don't use macOS for this, it's horrible for running lots of agents in parallel.
This will 10x your productivity in T3 Code:
1. Grab any old computer you have around (or buy one from a family member)
2. Install Ubuntu on it
3. ssh into it
4. "npx t3 connect"
5. Run all your work remotely

Manually turned off all the AI features. Survived approximately five minutes without autocomplete.
Realizing now that what I want isn't "removal of AI", it's removal of UI clutter and prompt boxes.
Anybody have a VS Code fork with all of the extra features and AI stuff removed?
I want a minimal editor that doesn't spam me with requests to use a mediocre agent when I just want to quickly look at some code changes.

1. Ask first if you really need to use AI
2. Check if a spreadsheet can do the job before using AI
3. Choose the worst model possible so it uses less energy
4. Keep prompts short to reduce the environmental impact
5. In general, use AI only when necessary, as a climate-saving measure
With a mindset like this, we should accept the UK back into the European Union

Here's my impressions per pay period from verified users. Only had a slight dip from last pay period to this one, but the actual payout is meaningfully lower.
I wouldn't overread this data. There's a lot of other factors that aren't really measurable in analytics, but I would comfortably say that the payouts will be roughly the same as they were before.
