My grandma used to plan meals out 2 weeks in advance. She had a home economics degree from an accredited 4 year college. The problem is we stopped teaching home economics in the schools.
Why is this such a difficult thing for women? Nearly, every woman I know (except Mom, who still has a rigid schedule for each night) struggles to think dinner. Not actually MAKE dinner, but think of what to make and this is an incredibly stressful thing for them.
