5/5 Good union jobs are part of a strong economy, and this merger would help protect and expand them.
The companies project 1,200 net new union jobs by Year 3, on top of a jobs-for-life commitment for union employees working at the time of the merger.
That is why this merger needs to happen.
It would create a stronger freight network, reduce unnecessary handoffs, lower shipping costs and support more good union jobs, all while protecting the workers already on the railroad.

This merger needs to move forward.

1911 fit check. This post will deal with the firing pin of 1911 style handguns.
The inertial firing pin of a 1911 should always be checked when replacing. For 1911, 1911A1 and series 70 style, firing pins measure between 2.290” and 2.296.” A replacement that is longer must be dressed to length. 80 series firing pins are shorter, typically 2.262 to 2.265.”
The standard diameter on .45 cal, all series, are 0.095” to 0.096.” .38 Super and 9mm pins are 0.070” to 0.071.” Be careful they don’t get mixed up.
Factory firing pin springs are usually 1.170” in length, and must not be shortened. Longer is safer in this case.
Watch for evidence of end wear and diameter enlargement.

Actually I said most prohibit you from possessing a firearm in a drinking establishment(which Florida does)
And the ones that do not prohibit you from carrying while intoxicated(most of them do)
And even in states with no statute at all you still risk being charged with reckless endangerment, if found to be intoxicated while carrying a firearm…

That’s not what the law actually says. There is no blanket law in all 50 states making it illegal simply to carry a firearm while intoxicated.
Florida alone disproves that claim. Florida §790.151 prohibits using a firearm while impaired, and the statute specifically defines “use” as firing it or having a loaded firearm in your hand. Simply carrying a holstered firearm does not qualify.
Other states regulate intoxication differently, some prohibit carrying, some prohibit possession, some prohibit use or discharge, and some impose restrictions in specific locations.
So maybe don’t cite a Google AI summary and then lecture everyone about the Dunning-Kruger effect.
