This is a bad take. I don't think Cernovich is stupid, so it's not that, it's more about narrative building. The issue I have with the malcontent right is that they offer nothing and only provide angst. They fail to see that they might be wrong. That their viewpoint is weakness. I would quote him, but he blocked me some time ago because I thoughtfully engaged with him and he apparently didn't like that. Oh well.

*As you travel along your way to the next town you roll a D20 to see if there is any special random encounter. You roll a 3. Unfortunate. You stumble on a fallen branch and are flung into a long forgotten portal of infinite sorrows. You black out. You are unconscious for a time and when you wake up you are confronted by an unfamiliar place. You are closed in a cramp space with seemingly nowhere to go forth. You feel a malevalant force nearby. You look up to see your fate...*

Back when you had a technical supplemental page that was printed out as an after thought in the box and you had to figure it out without google.
Rare footage of a 90s PC gamer who just realized he’s still 2 kilobytes short of running Wing Commander after fiddling with AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, and HIMEM.SYS for half a day… Kids today will never know.

At this point it's not unreasonable to think Owens blames the dump in the toilet she just got up from on an Egyptian Plane.
Yes, Surely it was a FAN of Charlie Kirk that defaced his statue... Candace Owens ladies and gentlemen.

I think the focus on "marketing" and other dumb shit might be the problem. Games were massive successes before all the modern sensibilities and business-focused attitudes came into play. When they were made by guys in band t-shirts and jeans who just wanted to make fun stuff.
2026 has been a great year for gaming. But it has also been the year when game companies have made some of the worst decisions: - PlayStation going fully digital. - Shift Up replacing Eve with Evie. - GTA VI's uninspiring extended look. And now Blizzard is turning StarCraft into a modern 'open world shooter'. Gaming deserves more competent leadership and better marketing teams.

I am a guy with decades of life experience, a wife and young kids. I have no idea what you're talking about. That seems extremely incorrect from my own understanding of how things work. This would only be true in some fantasy land where weak men somehow win and attract mates. Also, I don't care about Andrew Tate one way or another. But what you are saying here is simply not real life.
if you're a young men and you've just been 'friendzoned' I recommend pivoting from Andrew Tate frustration to "oh wow, this woman wants me to join her social events and birthdays, as a friend, where all her other female friends are, i wonder how much more facetime and consideration I will get with her female friends vs on the apps"

She got pregnant by someone other than her husband, and they’re about to break the news to his parents. How did women get like this, and how did men become such cucks? I weep everyday for society.

The real question is, what the hell are those guys doing to those goats to make them want to jump into a fire to escape it? For the love of all that is holy, what? Someone do a welfare check on those goats' anuses.

These camera systems are not just cameras. They are all networked and accessible to various AIs that can analyze the feeds in virtual real-time. This is the beginning of a dystopian Minority Report style existence. That SCOTUS case so many reference did not even contemplate this.
Flock cameras do not violate the 4th amendment. Looking at things in public view is not a search, nor do you have a right to privacy from it. It’s literally the entire basis for establishing probable cause.
Community note
Whether Flock ALPR cameras violate the Fourth Amendment is an active legal debate. While some argue public license plates have no expectation of privacy, the Supreme Court has ruled warrantless digital location tracking can violate the Fourth Amendment. scotusblog.com/2018/06/opinio… cleveland.com/court-justice/…

Researchers at SDU Soft Robotics developed a worm-inspired limbless soft robot with inflatable muscles and a flexible kirigami skin. It can crawl, turn, rotate, and avoid obstacles using controlled body movements and sensors. The robot could be useful for search and rescue, inspection, and exploration.

The fact her hand is wet somehow makes it worse. Seriously, I think my kids made some slime that looked exactly like this. Some of it is still in the carpet and hard as a rock now.

We are a half-step away from a Minority Report situation. I'm not sure if compromising is the right move here. Does everything have to end up being the shittiest outcome possible all the time?
Flock Safety CEO Garrett Langley asks the country to "compromise" He compared banning Flock cameras to banning cars. Saying instead of banning cars because of risks the US created safety laws. He says if you focus on just privacy or 'safety' you are missing the point, saying there should be a balance. He argues the tech is necessary for police to solve crimes and protect the community.
