The filing alleges that there are 10 Category B images/videos and 18 Category C images/videos.
For the Category B material, the filing describes a video in which an adult male identified as Andrew is seated on a bed, speaking to the camera. A female child is present, wearing lingerie and holding what appears to be a championship belt. The filing says the child kisses him on the neck and remains in close physical contact with him.
An adult woman then joins them on the bed and has intimate physical contact with Tate. The filing says the woman subsequently interacts with the child while Tate remains present, concluding that the child is presented in a sexualised context.
The filing also shows Tate bragging on WhatsApp about selling videos of the child. Other WhatsApp messages recovered between Tate and the child show that he knew she was underage.
