For those alpha testing ThinkOS over the weekend, here's what to focus on: Decide how to set up your spheres Since ThinkOS is designed to have personified AI agents get **real work** done for you 24/7 across personal and professional contexts, how you architect and nest your spheres (i.e. projects/topics/interests/departments/etc..) is key to helping you stay organized. (Pro tip: have a chat with your top-level Think Agent - your personal assistant / AI Chief of Staff - about this). FYI you can have infinite nesting, so your org of AI agents can be as robust as you'd like it to be. Decide which spheres get dedicated Think Agents If you don't give a sphere a dedicated agent, your Chief of Staff will be in charge of that sphere and manage context appropriately. Most of the time, however, you'll want to assign an agent and give it a name, avatar image, characteristics, objectives and key results, role/responsibility details, etc.. You can have your Chief of Staff fill all this in for you. Assign accounts (integrations) to your Think Agents In the same way you would onboard a new employee and give them email, Slack, Github, etc.. access, do the same for your Think Agents. Give your Think Agents jobs to get done You yourself (or tell your Chief of Staff to do it) - should give specific workflows to your Think Agents based on what success looks like for their job. Across ops, marketing/sales, product/engineering, or whatever personal hobby/interest/project you may have...get specific about what they should "listen" for and take action on (i.e. receive input automatically as it happens), and/or schedule routine jobs to start at a certain time of the day, week, or month, etc.. Decide what other humans and agents get permission to see/share context with you (and your agents) This is where massive productivity in team collaboration unlocks. ThinkOS is designed to share data privately - outside of Big Tech silos - between you and your teammates. You are free to use and integrate with Big Tech data stores if you want (and their LLMs), but you don't have to. --- We'd love feedback on any/all of the above! Starting today we are letting in a larger number of private alpha testers to download ThinkOS and give feedback! Visit our website (link in bio, and below) to participate. Checkout this screencast of the current onboarding UX and how to get yourself setup with Think Agents managing spheres. Windows and macOS are both supported. We also have a companion mobile app for iOS users to test via TestFlight (which supports syncing to Windows or macOS). Our concept of "Spheres" is intentionally generic. You can make these a project, company, department, hobby, interest, etc..., assign an agent to it, and share scoped context privately with other users. ThinkOS is a model-agnostic, multi-harness operating system for AI agents, built to enable real work to get done across personal/professional contexts, with both other agents and humans. We’re on track to release the public beta of ThinkOS next month! For those getting up to speed, ThinkOS is a model-agnostic, private-data, locally-hosted AI agent operating system designed for both technical and non-technical users to get real work done (both individually and in teams) with smart organization of personified AI agents. THANK YOU to all who have participated in our private alpha testing thus far. Please join us in Discord (link below) to follow along, and sign up on our website (also link below) to participate in alpha testing. We are adding new cohorts of testers each day this week with live video calls. Here is a screenshot of our current main UI (in dark mode). We are keeping the side menu (for now) to three core ideas: 1. Spheres -- this can be a topic, project, department, hobby, interest, etc... Each Sphere can be assigned a Sphere Agent (a type of Think Agent) to oversee the goals/jobs of that sphere. Spheres can be nested as deep as you want, and pinned for easy access. 2. Threads - this is the common communication interface in desktop harness apps you'd expect. You can select a local and/or cloud LLM to run your inference (yes, you can compare models real-time). 3. Todos - since ThinkOS is mainly about having AI Agents do work for you, occasionally they will need your input and will flag threads as ToDos for YOU. You can also toggle a thread to be a ToDo on your own if you want. -- Spheres share "brains" so company employees, hobby groups, families, etc.. can share context easily in a peer-to-peer (or cloud-hosted) fashion. In addition, we're designing ThinkOS to sync across multiple devices for a single user to run jobs/inference on as many machines as you'd like. This will enable you to build multiple companies at once and keep them organized and accountable to your top-level AI agent assistant (whatever title you want to give...default will be "Chief of Staff").

Workflows and Integrations. These are easily setup in a thread with a ThinkAgent, and can be also customized of course in settings.
