They arrive with capital, liquidity and promises of growth, then apply a decade of accumulated knowledge to an economy whose institutions, liquidity and participants are still immature.
The asymmetry is enormous. The new chain is effectively playing its first game while everyone arriving from mainnet is on their hundredth.
