We’re pleased to share that we’ve been approved for @circle's Stable FX! This gives us direct access to regional stablecoins on @arc and brings us closer to our goal: making it easier for users to move between stablecoins across different regions. Getting here didn’t happen overnight. The process involved weeks of regulatory checks, compliance reviews, and due diligence, making this milestone especially meaningful for our team. Expect new regional stablecoin listings in the coming weeks.

Used Arc Studio to write and deploy a Spigot on @arc which enables escrowing a borrower's revenue streams and automatically directing those cash flows toward loan repayment. This is an onchain finance innovation that @creditcoop_xyz brought to market to power pretty much all stablecoin back card settlement. Try it: studio.arc.io

I think the biggest revenue opportunity in stablecoins won’t be payments. It might be onchain credit. You can’t move money you don’t have. The hard part is getting low cost of capital and being able to price and underwrite the risk.

This is so apt!!!
Working in crypto requires knowledge in math, finance, sociology, economy, game theory, regulation, and as of recently LLMs and quantum physics. Then, you need to follow up news, Twitter, telegram, and a couple more channels 24/7. Quite simple. Bullish.

3 things that launched in September that are changing the game for marketers & growth specialists 🥀 1. No more classic search on Google In early September, without a major official ann, Google began automatically migrating some standard Search campaigns to the AI Max system (meaning no classic search; full AI version). Plus, they've started testing text ads with exact keyword matching within its "AI Mode," so we will now see ads inside AI Overviews. 2. More reliance on AI from Meta Meta quietly removed certain manual placement controls from Ads Manager, so advertisers have to put more trust in its algorithms for ad placement. Plus, Meta is also testing an "Auto-DM" feature for Instagram ads, which automatically sends promo codes and links via DMs to users who leave specific comments on promotional posts. 3. Launch of ChatGPT Ads OpenAI has officially expanded testing of ads tools within ChatGPT, launching in Germany, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan. AI ads epoch. Not sure if I love it or hate it tbh :(

ON CO-FOUNDER CONFIGURATION It is becoming increasingly clear as I progress in my growth career that the best founding team is a technical co-founder and growth/marketing co-founder. There are many nuances to this but one of them is that most “non-marketing” founders who decide to hire for the “growth” role are way less patient and therefore, less empathetic. In my experience, this is because they have very little idea what “growth” entails in the actual sense, which makes them quite a bad judge of what a quality growth hire is. They believe growth is all ads, influencers, viral contents, community, newsletters and SEO. While attribution/analytics, ASO/CRO/UX optimizations, growth experimentation, user engagement/lifecycle marketing, etc. take several backseats. All the former are ToFu channels which are easy to game for quick wins and some dopamine hit. But growth goes way beyond awareness and acquisition. It’s the latter that ensures activation, engagement, retention, referrals and ultimately, revenue. A B2C growth hire who spends 2-3 months to build the necessary MoFu and BoFu systems before GTM is seen as wack and eventually thrown out, while the hire who goes to market immediately and acquires 100,000 users in 2-3 months is celebrated—despite CPA being >2x industry average, in addition to a <5% activation rate based on whatever the activation metric is, and D30 retention is abysmal. A very experienced growth co-founder knows what is bullshit and what’s not, so they will never choose a growth hire that’s burning cash that the top-of-funnel when there are obvious leaks in the middle and bottom yet to be sealed off permanently. The growth co-founder will be more understanding and patient because they know what it takes to get it right. They can also appease the other co-founder or call them to order if necessary—a privilege a random growth hire will never have.
Yeah, CEO <> CTO combo is nice. But have you tasted CEO <> COO? Good cop 👮‍♀️ bad cop on steriods. One get sweet mouth to lure you in. The other dey hold cain to extract performance. Na why dem dey call solo-founders dare devils. Na only you go be good and bad cop 😭

On 12th September we had the first Portharcourt @arc event. It was really a great moment bringing together devs building different products to discuss their journey as builders and introduce them to the unlimited opportunities on Arc. We had a great speech sessions lead by me, a Game session led by @ViktorSimdope, fireside chat by @Jade_sola1 and a panel session by @Runexbt these great guys always put in efforts to make sure every event turn out great. Shout out to them and to all the people that came around and made it a wonderful event. Everyone had great moment. I hope to see y'all at more events 🫡🫡
