Not as good as @GregDavill, but really like the GC10 solder paste - very easy to work with. One 0402 tombstone on the first board and a short on the second one, but easy to fix afterwards.

My first attempt at bringing a bit of @risc_v to the @sparkfun #MicroMod ecosystem. This uses a #GigaDevice GD32VF103 microprocessor with 32k RAM, 128k Flash, and a USB bootloader in ROM

I'm using white LEDs and a single 150 ohm series resistor. It's not super bright, but should be good if replicating the dimly lit hackcenter vibe of previous events like #36c3. Hot glue applied @mrtwinkletwink style for better light distribution.

The #rc3 PCB's are in from @oshpark, but I forgot to get the parts, so assembly will have to wait until next week. I'm impressed with the silk screen, the ruler shows mm. I used copper to the edge, which is not ideal for normal circuits, but nice for blocking light in #badgelife

All the LEDs are blinking! It's a very nice soldering challenge, designed by @TheMakersBox that I adapted for the front of my unofficial @hackaday #Remoticon badge. Looking forward to take part in the official challenge in a few weeks. #badgelife

The back of the badge has a spot for an @adafruit feather. The pins are intentionally flipped, so that the USB plug is towards the bottom, the LiPo connector on the inside and not least, the bottom with the least amount of parts towards your clothes, minimising scratches.
