“If I am more knowledgeable in your product than you are, then you are doing something wrong” Our founder Bob on the standard every founder should meet before walking into a pitch 🎙️ In his conversation on The Network Breakout, he also unpacked: - Why TGE isn’t a rescue plan for a team running out of runway - What “ignoring the charts” means when you’re building through a bear market - The operating principle he wants early-stage founders to take away Big thanks to the @tnb_pod team for having Bob and giving these topics room for a proper discussion 🌱 Watch the full episode on YouTube. Most crypto founders treat a tier-1 listing as the finish line. Bobur Muydinov (@InspiraLabsHQ) sees it differently: a TGE is an outcome of doing the job, not a way to extend runway. Skip the job and you get the -90% chart. Full episode with Bob is live on YouTube👇 piped.video/qoudZ-QUweo?si=gVWb…

Hiring too early is a costly founder mistake. @kirill_veretin Veretin's rule: do the work yourself first. Find the bottlenecks, then hire around them. Don't build a 10-person company before you've earned one. Full @tnb_pod Podcast episode coming soon. veretin.com

Founders often hire before they actually know what they need. @kirill_veretin from @Veretin_recruit's advice: Spend the first few months doing the work yourself. Find the bottlenecks. Understand the requirements. Then hire specifically around them. Don’t manufacture a 10-person company before you’ve earned one. Full episode drops tomorrow.

every major business you’re seeing win in 2026 is, in some form, a copy. perplexity is a new version of google. grok is competing with chatGPT. gemini, claude, chatGPT… they’re all fighting over increasingly similar capabilities. and this isn’t just AI. most successful businesses are not built on completely original ideas. the difference is distribution. who can get attention faster. who owns the strongest narrative. who understands a specific audience better. who can turn users into believers before everyone else catches up. because eventually, features get copied. your moat becomes: brand, distribution, data, network effects and speed of execution. so if you’re waiting for a completely original startup idea… you’re probably solving the wrong problem. don’t ask, “has somebody built this before?” ask: “can I distribute it better?”

400,000 followers. 400 paying customers. Under 1% conversion, and UK Jobs Insider 's founder says that's the plan, not the problem. His market is international students who don't have £50. So he gives everything away and sells trust instead.

$500M to $2.5B in weeks. a 1 year old AI assistant startup. reads your messages, books your flights. no disclosed revenue. meanwhile $220B in AI debt issued this year alone and credit markets are already pricing in higher yields. the capital is tightening and the valuations are accelerating. one of these is lying.

"They may not buy, but they will trust me as a single source of truth." @Vardaan111 gives away his paid resources for free. Not as a growth hack — as the actual business model. When information costs nothing, trust is the only scarce asset left. Full episode Friday.

the best case study in intentional distribution + positioning + community building I’ve seen lately is @insights4vc 146K+ Substack subscribers is impressive. but the more interesting part is who they attracted. they built distribution around the exact personas they wanted: institutions, investors and high-value ecosystem participants rather than building an audience first and figure out monetization later. a good reminder that audience size is secondary. the real moat is building an audience that compounds into your business.
