Will have walked 21 miles for @comicrelief this time next week. Part of my work’s 500 miles of funny challenge. Haven’t walked over 20 miles in one go for over a decade so sponsorship would be VERY much appreciated as a motivator (plus - great cause). justgiving.com/fundraising/r…

Very proud of the team at work, who have cycled over 650km for #ComicRelief this week. Topping off with a bake sale! Please help us change lives here: justgiving.com/page/integrac… #RedNoseDay

The funniest bit in #Wicked comes right at the start when the title card appears and is accompanied by a rush of whispering in the audience. It’s at that point you realise that next to nobody in the general public realised that this is a two part epic. A proper gotcha moment.

The disinterest in #Paralympic2024 by @BBCSport is appalling. Sure, they’ve not got the TV rights but no morning live feed on the app - another gold this morning for @ParalympicsGB reported 20 mins late - and only one hour from @bbc5live this eve. The lack of parity is a disgrace

Dressed up as a sheep - of the Shaun variety - for #ComicRelief today. Might make it a daily thing. Only £8 off £200 on our Just Giving page. Please help x justgiving.com/fundraising/r…

In hindsight, they should have worked out Harry and Andrew were bad uns purely because they turned up to the final looking like the Mafia… Amazing. #TheTraitors #TheTraitorsUK

In August 2020, my wife and I saw Tenet in a totally deserted Odeon. This evening, three years on, we sat in the same screen at the same cinema. EVERY seat was filled. They didn’t come back for Marvel, they weren’t there for a Disney remake. It was #Oppenheimer. Sensational stuff

So long take out cups. Giving these cheeky little not so papery tricksters up for lent/for life/for the planet tomorrow. So far so good on plastic #TwentyTwentyFree

When you truly begin thinking about the impact of our plastic addiction on the planet, supermarket shopping becomes Matrix level traumatic. Set myself a #TwentyTwentyFree (so proud) challenge to be rid of single use plastic by 2023. @lucysiegle’s book is an eye opener. Join me!

Giant Damien Hirst pops up in Leeds, to which my primary school teacher Mum says: ‘we have one of those in the resources room at school’.

Just come out of a lovely chat with @JefficaHoons for @theFILM_blog about her rather good new film #TheFight - seek it out! Interview’ll be up soon, just after I come down from the ceiling after learning that they’re doing a second series of There She Goes!

The logic of film awards: the London Critics’ Circle gave Film of the Year to Roma but Roma didn’t win Foreign Language Film of the Year... Huh?

The jukebox musical I want to see is ‘Christmas: The Movie’ - it’s the story of a young romantic who had their heart broken last Christmas but drives home to New York for a fairytale and realises that all they want for Christmas is you because baby it’s cold outside. Say yes.

How did I not know that there’s a Playmobil film out next year?! For all those who found The Lego Movie too sharp around the edges
