Yesterday didn’t go the way I imagined it would.
I’d be lying if I said under 500 mints from the 4,444 was the outcome I wanted after everything we put into Blackwater.
But I’ve never been interested in building something that lives or dies on one day.
We minted. We learned. Now we adapt.
I’m going to spend the next few days looking at what worked, what didn’t, how we bring new people into Blackwater and how we keep delivering for the people who backed us from day one.
