“Princess Diaries” star Heather Matarazzo revealed she may not qualify for health insurance if she doesn’t find work soon.
Matarazzo was responding to a viral post from "I Saw the TV Glow" actor Jack Haven, who revealed: “I need to make $4,000 by the end of the month in order to qualify for SAG health insurance starting in January.”
“I am literally in the same boat right now," Matarazzo replied. "Lots of my fellow actors are. I remember a time when we didn’t have to earn a minimum to qualify for insurance."

Trans actors are having trouble finding any work. Jack Haven & Elliot Page are two of many trans artists who do incredible work, but still passed over.
To keep SAG eligibility, you have to earn $28,090/yr in covered sessional/residuals or work at least 108days from last earnings

Saw that Jack Haven was about to lose SAG-Aftra health insurance…made a video and then “got a lot of offers” for jobs. I’d just like to say I lost my SAG health insurance 2 yrs ago which is why I had to find money elsewhere. Sooo, if anyone has a gig. Here is me asking for help too I guess
