I got a plus account just to see how the limits were on it
and I must say, it is just as bad as everyone says it is. its unusable. I get 3 minutes of usage on Astra out of it
x20 gives me about 1-2 days

the goal is getting Conecto to where support teams trust it enough to leave it running. MRR matters, but retention and a clean human handoff are the real milestones.

founder-led sales is still the best feedback loop early. automation helps once the objections are legible, otherwise it just scales the wrong pitch.
