What are custom agents?

Two more TIPs to add to the initial list.
TIP-3: Agentic Marketplace. Sponsors can lock TREAD to reserve a limited slot in the custom agent marketplace. Slots will be occupied by an agent developed by Creators. The Sponsor and the Creator will receive a share of the fees and rewards generated by the trading agent.
TIP-4: Exchange Integration Auction. Perp DEXs that wish to integrate must win integration auctions denominated in TREAD. Once both teams confirm technically feasibility, the TREAD can be transferred and will be locked for 2 years.

Introducing TREAD Improvement Proposals (TIPs).
TIPs will be how tread.fi provides utility for holders of the TREAD token. Going forward, Tread Labs will author and publish TIPs.
TIP-1: Fee discounts. Hold TREAD in your Tread UOA wallet, pay less to trade. With fee tiers, the discount can be up to 80% of the fees.
TIP-2: Tread Vault. All incentives/airdrops that tread.fi may receive from exchanges will be distributed to users based on their share of TIP-1 fee savings on that exchange.
Stay tuned for more TIP releases in the near future. Details on TIP-1 and TIP-2 to follow shortly after TGE.
Nothing in this announcement creates an entitlement, a claim on any entity's assets, or any representation about the price of TREAD.

A custom agent I built on @tread_fi has done 10.3m in volume on hires.
What it does:
> market makes across multiple exchanges at the lowest possible CPM, runs unattended, so users don't have to sit and monitor pauses itself when conditions aren't suitable
> It isn't complicated, and it won't print green PnL every session. That's not the point of it.
The economics:
> 10.3m volume = roughly $2k in builder fees to Tread, and at at least 20% rev share in the future, that's $400 back to the creator.
The takeaway for anyone building agents: it doesn't need to be a money printer. It needs to remove friction for people who want to trade or market make without babysitting it.

Currently testing this with @TheFlowHorse as the source. No results to report yet — just deployed.
