Really cool to see what's being built in my hometown of Berkeley.
I've had the opportunity to spend some time with @thingsinmotion and the @typefive crew over the past couple months, including walking several of their projects.
And I'm impressed.
Sleek, clean, modern design. Tons of natural light. Really thoughtful use of smaller spaces. Still using wood frame construction, but coupled with a modular design system for efficiency.
They're building everything from ADUs to single-family homes across Berkeley and the East Bay...
And maybe multifamily in the future 👀
It's been fun getting a closer look at how their projects come together. Excited to see what's next for these guys.
