I think enough pain has been caused to last a life time for us both.

I mistook her trying to use me to deal with her trauma as love. I was never going to be enough because I couldn't give her 24/7 attention. She was always going to go looking for others when I was not available and I have carried false heart break for years when it meant nothing.

Your Trauma is no longer my problem. Someone else can spend their life constantly wondering what your up to and who your with when your not with them. I couldn't fix you but it was never down to me to do that

I gotta feel for the guy she has hooked up with, the moment he stops giving her attention 24/7 or has to do something that doesn't involve her she will be texting, calling , searching for someone to fill that void and it won't matter how much he love he has shown or given her

I realise it was not love she was after it was her dealing with trauma. Trauma I could not fix, trauma that required her to need attention 24/7 that I could not give, I could make her feel good about herself but so could all the other guys she decided to sleep with.

Emotionally damaged women are always sexually promiscuous. ​Let that sink in. ​If she's traumatized, she's seeking validation. If she's been hurt, abandoned, or abused... ​Her body becomes her coping mechanism. Every compliment... ​Every DM... ​Every man's attention is a quick hit of dopamine. She can't sit with silence. ​She can't sit with peace. ​Because her trauma screams for validation. You think she loves you... ​But she just loves how you make her feel about herself. That's why when you're not around she starts entertaining other men. ​Not because she wants them... ​But because she needs the validation. You can't fix her. ​Only she can. ​So stop trying to heal women who bleed on everyone they meet. Most men get ignored or dumped by women because they're clueless how women really think when it comes to dating or attraction. ​Female nature isn't a mystery. ​Ignore it and you'll pay the price.

Remember her friends lied to you as well, they were all part of her deception. Cut them all off, give her no door to know what you are doing

when I first met her, she told me of a violent mum, a toxic marriage parents had, a sister who belittled her, grandparents that thought she was just their personal servant. I offered escape She waited 20 years to go with someone else offering exactly the same she hardly knew

You would recognise me, until you spoke to me. Then you would just find the shell of the man you broke inside And all you would feel is the cold you caused in me

I think not being with her, and how she just moved on after 20 years has caused me to put a negativity in to the universe thats causing the world to come undone

I hope you wake up feeling the same pain I do, but you won't understand it because you never loved me like I did you!

I asked her " Why are you acting like this?" " I'm terrified he will leave me!" " You wasn't terrified after I left after 20 years!" " I don't want to lose what I got like I did with you!" " Lose what you got? You hardly know him! But it was ok to let me walk away?

Move on. She used you, not loved you.
