Scaling update for @usemapleboost - first 10k unit commercial mfg run set to finish next week - was going to set up 3PL, but don’t have mailer packaging optimized yet - opted to have two pallets of product sent to my house for home fulfillment - bulk ordered bubble mailers and packaging stickers (image below) - will be a little more hands on work, but the benefit is I get to own every element of what the customer receives - local kid who I’ve been paying hourly for filling pouches will now be able to help with picking and packing orders - sent inquiries to be vendor at 3 local fall running races - engaged marketing/ops agency to help with email and GTM Onward 🍁⚡️
