With the clean chit given to the late Manmohan Singh ji, the great economist and humble Prime Minister, it has now been proven that all the allegations leveled against the Congress party before 2014 were fabricated propaganda, amplified with the help of India's media, and used to remove one of the best governments. The country is now suffering the consequences.

What Anupam Kher says here about the abusive language used to defame Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the past couple weeks is absolutely spot-on. What he fails to mention is that this disrespectful language against the head of government is a direct outcome of the words used by BJP supporters like Mr Kher himself to describe not just opposition leaders, but also aam janata who have expressed dissatisfaction with the government in the past, or spoken about issues that don’t align with right wing ideology. It’s cool to say “dissent is essential to a democracy” now that it’s clear we can’t just will it away, but similar - even well-meaning - dissent has been crushed as “anti national” in the past. Many women and men have had to pay the price of such false equivalence and labelling, including prison time, social media trolling, etc, only because their opinions didn’t align with BJP supporters. Authors, educationists, economists, social reformers, opposition leaders, film stars - even journalists - have been at the receiving end of vile abuse and bullying on mainstream news channels and social media for over a decade now. These are people who’ve merely wanted to engage in dialogue. BE HEARD. We can’t suddenly start airing our apprehensions about the state of democracy in a country when we have ourselves laid down the framework for a reality to exist where naysayers are vilified, and sycophancy is celebrated. This is how deep-rooted resentment sets in and that resentment takes the form of anger over time, which is what we’ve seen an outpouring of during last week’s historic protests. So while Mr Kher is right about the standard of discourse, this is what Gen Z and Gen Alpha have seen play out before them in the most formative years of their lives, and this is what they’ve, unfortunately, inherited. If we want people to behave better, we must set better examples ourselves first. Respectfully, Jai Hind.
❤️🇮🇳 #JaiHind

I visited the southernmost tip of India. I stood at Indira Point. I walked under trees that have stood for centuries. I dove into coral reefs among the most vibrant on earth. And I sat with the people who live there. Tribal communities, whose land is being taken away by violating the Forest Rights Act. Settlers, many of them former soldiers, placed on these islands by the Indian government, who aren’t getting fair compensation. The Modi government and BJP tells you Great Nicobar Project is about defence. It is not. Expand INS Baaz - we will back the government fully. The Navy has been asking for expansion for five years - it has been ignored. They tell you it is about a transhipment port. It is not. India is already building one in Kerala, which is on the mainland. What it actually is: 1.5 crore trees felled. Coral reefs erased from official maps. Soldiers and tribals displaced - so one businessman can build hotels and casinos on India’s most irreplaceable ecological land. Every young Indian I have spoken to understands this. You know that no amount of profit is worth destroying what can never be recovered. I stand for ecologically balanced development. These islands can be the most extraordinary sustainable destination the world has ever seen. That is the India worth fighting for. #GreenOverGreed #NicobarMatters #WorldEnvironmentDay

In exams they are also taking students for political rallies.... In the previous Government, ICAI was called to give suggestions and now......... Most of the ERs only work for themselves and their buttering people... Any person representing ICAI should be neutral.
No hope left... They removed GST Audits They increased Income Tax Threshold for audits They reduced ICAI as educational institute They stopped Listening to ICAI' suggestions But our elected members are busy doing their election campaign.

In India, If we do something unlawful it is illegal and we face the consequences in the form of monetary penalty or imprisonment. In the same manner if some law is bought overriding the Constitution it is unconstitutional, what is the punishment for that?
