The ARIRANG show in São Paulo was amazing because BTS are real pro, super skilled and so charismatic but I'll remember it's the WORST ORGANIZATION I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE/EVENT ATTENDED.
-No massive flow management capabilities from Live Nation.
-No staff to host the audience outdoors and indoors. It was shocking to notice LN hidding as if we were the plague!
-The Militar Police was dealing with everything alone and told us LN did not listen to their recommandations- opening the entry sooner before 4pm. They were upset and felt sorry for us.
They said QR code or facial reader was not working due to electricity issue 💀They stated they only have seen once such similar mess for a ⚽️ game.
If you tape " problemas com as catracas no Morumbis (Estádio do Morumbi)", you'll see it's not the first time it happened!
Mind you ROCK IN RIO handle smooth-ly like butter (with none issue) its 2M attendance.
-ONLY 2 entries were opened: a small % of people were sent at the door n° 16.
The door n°17 was fully packed with regular non assigned seat inferior/superior, vip pit, lounge tickets inferior (mine gave access also to the pit), most expensive tickets for people who have yearly subscribe (associate from sponsors or club members)...IF YOU PAY FOR LOUNGE OR PRIVATE CABIN, NORMALLY YOU ARE NOT PUT INTO LONG QUEUE FOR HOURS!
-Inside the morumBIS: pple who have paid for "camarotes"/lounge were not directed to their space...The stadium had at least +15 loundge but 0 numerotation displayed to help us.
The security staff could not help us, I think they did not have the updated plan with all the places/boxes/zones. Everyone was lost searching their access. Mine was 19A "camarote stadium". I entered 7h30, lost 15 min asking for my lounge, only could go to the WC, and the show debuted. Services as make up, tatoo, hairstyle, massage offered on the package
(+€ 720 = + R$7000) were not available. It was supposed to go all night but I guess the chaos ended the schedule of event.
-Too much tickets sold over the stadium capacity: people were packed on the pit (so none Idol cortege), exit emergencies, stairs.
-ZERO SECURITY: our bags and ourselves were never controled, no security sniffer dogs, no weapons detector...NOTHING, NOT EVEN ONCE! DO YOU IMAGINE IF SOMEONE HAS TRIED TO HURT US, THE STAFF OR BTS?! HELLO?!
