Thank you BART Police for proactively patrolling Lake Merritt station and parking lot yesterday. They spotted Russell Hallett of Dublin siphoning gas from a car and Lee Camacho of Hayward in the getaway car, which happened to be stolen out of San Leandro.
Both arrested.
