This is Resorts World and it’s one of the newest properties in Las Vegas at only four years old. The hotel is operated by Hilton which means you can earn status and use your points to book. There are three towers, Hilton, Conrad and Crockfords. Crockfords is the most luxurious and offers some of the nicest basic rooms in Las Vegas. People always ask what the difference is between Crockfords and Crockfords West. Here is the same room type in each tower so you can compare them both. Which do you prefer and why? The second, more expensive room is the one I prefer. But $1100 a night is steep. Sometimes you can find these rooms under $600 and they’re a bargain in that range. If you missed the first video, it’s right before this one and shows a basic room at this hotel. Even the simplest room is incredibly nice. I think everyone should stay at Fontainebleau at least once. You will be surprised how wonderful it is, and it’s significantly more approachable price wise compared to other ultra luxury hotels. No one likes to speak bad about Wynn because they are quick to blacklist those who do. I don’t think there is anything wrong with staying there, it’s beautiful and comfortable. But I do think repeat visitors should give Fontainebleau a try. You will be surprised how wonderful it is, and it’s significantly more approachable price wise. I have never been paid by either resort. I have no dog in this fight. But I stay at both a few times a year, and Fontainebleau is the better experience. I am posting the suite tour right now, so definitely give it a peek if you want to see the next level up in rooms. It comes with some fun extras that aren’t typical in Vegas. I’m kind of surprised that Orleans or Suncoast didn’t end up on the list. I love the Boyd properties.

This is French Riviera Bakery and they’ve got a couple locations across Vegas, but this location at 401 S. 6th street, walking distance from the Fremont Street hotels. If you’re in the area; pop in for a pastry and welcome them to the neighborhood. I can’t stress enough how delicious this brunch is. I have been without a favorite brunch since Pepper Club closed. I’ve been lost. THIS is the best brunch I’ve had in a very long time. $55 for adults gets you 8 small plates from the sweet or savory side, plus coffee and a mimosa. They’re small plates; but the servings are hearty. 8 is a lot. I don’t think anyone could finish that much; but it leaves room for error in case you don’t love something. I need to know. Who shaves their legs before a pedicure? Who doesn’t? I understand the risk, obviously, with micro nicks and and bacteria. But I am WEIRD about my legs having hair all over them. This is just my personal preference. What do you do? This is Marvelous Nails & Lashes and they are super close to the hotels. Walking distance from a few of them. This kind of service at a major hotel spa would be $300+. It had a lot of massage and extras like paraffin treatments, hot stones, snacks and drinks etc. I don’t know if the coffee did anything therapeutically but it smelled divine and was a treat. The headspa video will be out when I have time to make it. It was a 10/10 experience and I will be back regularly to enjoy it. This is Harrah’s Las Vegas and it is BUSY. You can find some incredible deals on rooms here and it’s never a bad choice, it’s just not super fancy. The best thing about Harrah’s is the location. You’re walkable to nearly everything and surrounded by plenty of affordable food and things to do. The resort fee adds $42.30 per night, so if you can snag a room for $7-$10 this is under $60 a night total. You can’t beat that. Let me know if you’ve stayed here & follow me for all the Vegas. ❤️

I had no idea this many people loved Golden Tiki or Mon Ami Gabi. I’ve been to both a handful of times but neither struck me as unforgettable.

This is at Claw World, but only at the Flamingo location. It’s not inexpensive, but they’re the only place in Vegas doing this and it’s a lot of fun. You get quite a few squishies too. If you’re looking for a specific rare NeeDoh everything here is authentic and they have some that are impossible to find anywhere else, including the advent calendars that always sell out. I don’t know if you’ve seen the viral videos where a squishy company does “lucky scoops” for buyers who purchase scoops and then they pack the order in a video and mail it to you. That’s what this is, but live. Which is a super cute idea. And you get to do the scoop yourself so you can really dig around in there. This is the cheapest room at Aria, a deluxe king. Keep in mind that rates vary by dates and demand, so Saturday nights sometimes this room is $600. Monday nights sometimes it’s $94. You’ve got to deal shop if you want to stay in higher end resorts and save money. Do you feel like $36 for a basic two egg breakfast is reasonable for room service or high? I feel like it’s not a terrible price point. It’s essentially a private meal served in your room, two eggs, hash brown, toast, sausage or bacon, juice or coffee. It’s probably that much downstairs in a restaurant. Of course room service has a service fee and auto gratuity so it’s probably closer to $50 when all is said and done. I feel like Aria is due for a full refresh if they want to stay branded as a luxury resort. Regardless, it’s where the action is. This is an incredibly busy property with a great spa and some of the best restaurants in the city. You can’t beat the location either.
