The X free-tier api rate limit is now "17 requests / 24 hours". I am getting lots of WARNING:tweepy.client:Rate limit exceeded errors.

I made a quick check. The monthly average of a twXiv bot's posts seems < 400 in the last six months. Ergo, it would keep running for some time. "Developers on the Free tier will be able to Post 500 Posts per month using the X API."
