The traditional InfoFi model is dead. Attention ≠ information, noise ≠ value. Real value lives in licensed, usable content markets. Brands still need storytellers and creators still need ownership and monetization rails. PLRL is building an Internet Equity Layer that returns a share of the internet's economics to the people whose everyday inputs power it. The Content Marketplace is a PLRL product that connects creator video with brand demand. It makes content ownership explicit, licensing the action, and usage the payout. If you’re a content creator who got rekt by this recent shift and you’re looking for a monetization path forward, follow us for updates on future early access programs to the PLRL Content Marketplace.

The Internet Equity Layer is built on a simple premise: the value created by data, content, and ads should resolve across multiple participants instead of accumulating by default at a single entity. Making that work at scale requires more than good intent. It requires infrastructure that can match the right inputs to the right outcomes, automatically, in real time, across millions of interactions. That infrastructure is AI. PLRL is defined by three pillars: Earn, Create, and Deliver. AI plays a distinct role in two of them, powering the matching layers that turn raw supply into usable economic activity. Data staked through the Earn pillar ultimately feeds the intelligence that runs underneath the other two.

Most token reward systems have an expiry date. A fixed pool gets carved up, distributed, and eventually hits zero. When that happens, the incentive disappears, and so do the users. PLRL doesn't work that way. The Community Pool bucket — 20% of the total $PLRL supply — is built as a perpetual system. Every few days (called an epoch), a set percentage of the pool's remaining tokens are distributed as rewards to Data Stakers and Content Creators. Because it's a percentage of what's left, not a fixed number, the pool can never be fully emptied. It's non-depletable by design. Think of it like this: if you keep cutting something in half, you never reach zero. The pool starts at 2 billion $PLRL. After each epoch, rewards are calculated from the new, slightly smaller balance. The number of tokens distributed naturally decreases over time, but never stops. This is similar in spirit to Bitcoin's halving model. The flow of new tokens to recipients slows down, but if the token's market value increases, the dollar value of rewards can still grow even as the token amount per epoch shrinks.

Can creators win without relying on algorithms? 🎲 The problem with algorithmic dependence is unpriced risk. Platform policy changes, format shifts, and ranking recalibrations push the downside onto the people creating. Since there’s no risk premium for building a livelihood on something unpredictable, incentives drift toward chasing spikes and trends just to stay visible. Through PLRL, we’re building a Content Marketplace that ties earning to usage rather than reach. How does it work? Creators upload and stake videos into a quality-gated library. From there, projects can browse what they need, license content with explicit usage rights, or commission brief-driven work when they need something made-to-spec. Earning follows usage: 1⃣ Baseline $PLRL rewards for qualified inventory 2⃣ Additional rewards when content is licensed 3⃣ More rewards through bespoke work We believe compensation should be linked to outcomes instead of arbitrary distribution swings, so creators can treat the feed as optional and still have a real earning path.

The internet creates enormous value from everyday human inputs. Your browsing data. Your content. Your attention. Right now, the economics of all of that resolve almost entirely at the platform level. PLRL is an ecosystem designed to change where that value lands. Think of it as three layers (and products). 🔐 The first is data. Data Vault lets you tokenize your data and turn it into something that earns for you. Your data already has value... Data Vault just makes sure some of that value comes back your way. 🎬 The second is content. Content Marketplace gives creators a way to earn from their work without needing to go viral. Stake video content and earn passively. License it to brands who want it. Or pick up commissions. 🎯 The third is ads. Smart Delivery uses AI to serve the right ad to the right viewer at the right time (think: ads that feel less like ads). It makes the ad experience better for users and more effective for brands. $PLRL is the native token that coordinates across all three. It's how value is earned, shared, and accessed.

The Most Valuable Thing You Own Online (And You Don't Even Control It) 🧠 Your phone knows when you wake up. It knows where you went for coffee. It knows you looked at flights to Lisbon three times this week but didn't book. It knows your health anxieties, what you watch at 2am, and what you almost bought but didn't. All of that gets stitched into a behavioral profile that's more accurate than anything your closest friends could describe about you. Now imagine someone told you that profile was worth real money (because it is) and asked if you'd like to own it, control who sees it, and get paid when it's used. Most people would say yes immediately. The reason nobody's said yes yet is because nobody's ever been asked. The current system doesn't need your permission. It's already taking it. Through PLRL, we’re building user-owned data markets where people can stake, control, and monetize their data. Because the most obvious question in tech has gone unanswered for too long: why don’t people own what they generate online?

The bottleneck in any creator economy is the matching 🎯 Millions of pieces of content, thousands of brand briefs, and nothing intelligent enough to connect the two at scale in real time. So inventory sits unused and the model stays theoretical. That's the problem PLRL points its AI at in our upcoming Content Marketplace. Content gets matched to briefs. Ads running on that content get matched to viewers at the impression level. The right inputs find the right outcomes automatically, which is the only way an economy this size actually functions. We didn't add AI to PLRL. We built PLRL on it.

$PLRL Airdrop #1 is now distributing ✅ The first of 26 cycles is out, with one landing every two weeks until May 14, 2027. With the campaign live, here are answers to the questions we've seen most today ⬇️ 1. If I claim my allocation now, can I still receive the remaining cycles of Airdrop #1? No. Claiming is a one time action that ends your participation in Airdrop #1. You receive everything you've accrued up to the point of claim but you forfeit all remaining cycles. To receive your full $PLRL airdrop allocation, stay eligible and claim only after cycle 26. 2. Does claiming my Airdrop #1 allocation affect my eligibility for future airdrops? No. Each airdrop is a separate campaign with its own snapshot and its own eligibility. Claiming in Airdrop #1 has no bearing on Airdrops #2, #3, or #4. Your eligibility for each future airdrop depends only on your $VRA balance in VeraWallet at the time of that snapshot. 3. What $VRA balance will qualify me for Airdrops #2, #3, and #4? The 500,000 $VRA minimum balance applied to Airdrop #1 only. Future thresholds will not be disclosed in advance and will not match Airdrop #1. 4. If I claim my $PLRL now, can I withdraw or transfer it out of VeraWallet? Not yet. $PLRL withdrawals from VeraWallet are currently disabled and will be enabled once a launch date is confirmed. Claimed $PLRL is held in your VeraWallet PLRL account in the meantime. 5. What happens if my $VRA balance drops below my snapshotted balance and where can I check that balance? If your $VRA balance falls below your snapshotted balance at any point during the campaign, you are automatically exited from Airdrop #1. You keep everything accrued up to that point, but you receive no further reward cycles. Topping back up does not reinstate eligibility. You can find your snapshotted balance in VeraWallet: switch to your PLRL account → Airdrop tab → Airdrop rules → Your snapshotted balance.
