Y are you fooling people. @cars24india service is worse and I am suffering from After Sale Service of CARS 24. It's been 180 days, still the RC transfer is pending and there is no response from CARS 24 in this issue. Pathetic service. No one should sell their car through @cars24

Just had very unpleasant experience with Cars24 , I am regretting my first purchase. Problem from day during delivery of the car but the team response is just excuses. Very unprofessional and just not keeping up with promises .

A company that claims to revolutionize the used car market should first ensure basic customer commitments are honored. Delaying customer refunds and providing only generic responses reflects poorly on your customer service standards.

Customers trust CARS24 with their hard-earned money. Unfortunately, my experience has shown a lack of accountability, transparency, and timely resolution. Repeated follow-ups, emails, and social media posts should not be necessary for a customer to receive their own money back.

We sold our car to @cars24india on 11/2/2020. The car was later used by someone in Punjab - drug trafficking. Cars24 never transferred RC to new owner. We had to appear in Jalandhar court Aug'25. Cars24 is not helping with the issue. 50+ reminders sent over email over 9 months.

If the refund is not credited immediately, I will be compelled to pursue all available legal remedies, including complaints before the Consumer Commission, National Consumer Helpline, and other relevant authorities. I will also continue to highlight this issue publicly &

Cars 24 is fraud. First you lured me to purchase the package by saying that my car is valued between 4.09 to 4.59 lakhs and then when I purchased the package, are offering me only 2.75 lakhs. Fraudulent activities by cars24.

Cars24 is big fraud. Once car is inspected, they will push you for premium listing for better price ( i paid 1100, after 3 days, another executive called me for C2C listing and promised 1 lakh more and charged 1652 but all lies. Don’t fall in trap, no integrity. Spinny is better
