We partnered with the The City of Long Branch, NJ for our Annual 9/11 Service. Hundreds of local residents, area Mayors and elected officials from Ocean Township, Eatontown, Tinton Falls, Deal, Allenhurst, Loch Arbour, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright and West Long Branch came out to pay their respects to those who were killed 25 years ago.
We honor the victims, their families, and the survivors who carry that day with them still. We remember the firefighters, police officers, and EMTs who gave everything. We remember the passengers of Flight 93, whose courage prevented an even greater tragedy. And we recommit ourselves to the unity and resilience that defined the days that followed, a spirit of neighbor helping neighbor that this country, and this state, showed the world.
To every Monmouth County family who lost someone that day: we carry your loss with you. We will never forget.

It is an honor to be named this year's Grand Marshal of Long Branch's historic Columbus Day Parade. The Italian-American community in Long Branch has a rich history, and this parade plays a vital role in celebrating and preserving that heritage. As part of my continued commitment to Italian-American families here, I will be raising $10,000 to support heritage scholarships and youth programs throughout Monmouth County.

Wait, guys... I'm beginning to think the windmill opposition in New Jersey mostly wasn't driven by a grassroots movement truly concerned about whale deaths.
New Jersey doesn’t require photo identification to vote.
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again:
There are over a million noncitizens of voting age in New Jersey.
And the helicopter pilot won’t turn over voter registration lists to the DOJ.

When I heard about Senator Graham’s death last night, the first thing I thought about was not all the things he said and did in service of Donald Trump. I thought of the time before Donald Trump when he was a brother to Senator John McCain.
A time when senators from different parties could fight about politics and still be friends. A time when a conservative Republican from South Carolina could say of my father: “If you can’t admire Joe Biden as a person, you’ve got a problem. He’s the nicest person I’ve ever met in politics. As good a man as God ever created.”
That is the Senator Graham I will remember today. Not because I have forgotten what came after. Because in that memory there is hope. Hope for a country where brothers can fight like hell over policy and still share a meal, and a laugh, and the loss of the people they love.
I will choose to remember the time before Trump. Because I believe in an America after Trump.
