Never was a fan of the camera angle capcom made for this move. It was hard for me to tell what was going on. Doesnt help that this move is still lame compared to final/ultimate atomic buster. 😛

I finished making all of Zangief's specials (+ green hand and long lariat). His tundra storm counters all attacks as there is no way to account for middle kicks specifically, so it will do half damage. Critical arts are next. Kind of miss final atomic buster.😅
