I think quantum could be one of the final narratives of this bull run. People still think the risk is way off. The EU plans to start moving to quantum-safe cryptography by the end of 2026. Whatever chains help with that could get popular late in the cycle.

Rising bond yields hit the S&P the hardest, gold next, and Bitcoin the least. The US 10-year yield is above 5%. It's the safest return there is, so it competes with every risky asset. That means a small headwind for Bitcoin, and it eases once the Fed and Treasury start printing

If you're waiting for Bitcoin at 78K, it has to happen in the next two weeks. 78K is the 50-week average, and it keeps rising while Bitcoin chops sideways. Two more weeks of chop and it's near 79K. Four weeks, 80K. The bull market support keeps moving up, which is bullish

☕️ GM! Here are the most important market events over the last 24 hours: 🌍Market Overview: 🔸 NY Fed's John Williams called another rate hike by year-end "reasonable," and CME FedWatch October hike odds hit 77.5%. The 30-year yield closed at 5.47%, highest since 2004, and mortgages hit 7.45%. #Markets 🔸 Xi told Trump there's more room for cooperation than competition on AI, and a two-month trade truce extension keeps China's rare-earth export ban on hold until January 10. One less tariff shock for markets. 🔸 Anthropic signed an $11.6 billion, seven-year computing contract with Akamai, and Akamai shares jumped 17% in late trading. AI compute demand is now re-rating cloud names well beyond the GPU giants. #AI 🔸 Meta rose 4.5% Thursday and is up more than 25% since announcing its Muse assistant this month, on pace for its best monthly gain in 13 years. Investors are paying for AI spending that ships a product. 🔸 Google DeepMind put Gemini 3.8 Live with Live Avatar into Gemini Enterprise, a near real-time talking video persona for its voice model. It puts Google's AI agents in front of the corporate buyers funding the AI trade. 🔸 Oracle fell more than 3% after a force majeure notice on its Stargate campus in New Mexico, seeking to delay payment if the site misses its 2028 start. Bloom Energy, set to power it, also fell 3%. 🪙Crypto Updates: 🔸 Bitget lost about $351.6 million in a breach its CEO Gracy Chen tied to suspected North Korean hackers, with private keys ruled out. Its User Protection Fund, over $464 million, covers it; withdrawals stay paused. 🔸 Bitcoin left Binance at the fastest daily pace since 2023, more than 13,800 BTC per CryptoQuant data, and reserves fell to about 685,000 from 705,000 in four days. Less BTC is sitting on the exchange to sell. #Bitcoin 🔸 ONDO reclaimed $0.50 for the first time since December 2025 as Ondo Finance launched three onchain portfolio tokens built on BlackRock-developed strategies, live on Ethereum and BNB Chain. #ONDO 🔸 Bitcoin Lightning now runs on x402, the payment protocol AI agents use, after Jack Dorsey's Block joined the x402 Foundation. It opens a direct lane for bitcoin payments between machines. 🔸 The Fed proposed its GENIUS Act stablecoin rules: issuers would fully back tokens with reserves and meet capital requirements, and third-party yield deals would be presumed banned. Comments run 60 days. 🔸 Hyperliquid Strategies bought another 494,200 HYPE for $45.8 million, $476 million over the past month, and now holds about 35.1 million HYPE. The buying lands as whales begin unstaking nearly $90.4 million. #HYPE

Got a DM from me Monday night saying your post was reported, with a review form link? It's a scam. Delete it. Hackers had my account that night. The form steals your X password, and the trick is spreading on crypto X. Sorry to everyone who got one. X never DMs you like this.

And if anyone in the replies offers to help you recover your account by DM, that's another scam. Ignore them

The Fear and Greed Index is high right now. Is that a sell spot for Bitcoin? No. The index measures activity. New ICOs, new memes, airdrop farming, everyone making crypto content. High means that stuff is crowded. It doesn't tell you if Bitcoin is overbought

Three things I will not tell you about your altcoin. A Forbes article does not make it legit, you can pay for that piece. A blanket thoughts-on-this-coin question has no answer. And I will not give a long term price target, because a target makes people hold.

Every altcoin buy target starts from a Bitcoin target. If Bitcoin does not fall, your altcoins do not fall. Measure how far each coin moved on Bitcoin's swings this past year, divide by Bitcoin's own move, average it. Ethereum lands at 1.3x. Bitcoin to 78K puts ETH near 2,400.

Decentralized GPU had its cycle. What is running now is decentralized inference, where the question stops being how many GPUs sit in your network and becomes how many people pay to run real AI work on them, verified on chain. Venice is doing some of this already.

Someone asked whether a Forbes article makes a coin legit. It does not. Forbes carries a lot of freelance crypto writers, and with the right relationship you can pay for the piece. Enterprise partnership announcements often work the same way. Ask who paid before you read it.

A quick opportunity for you guys to help me with a NFT mint and get paid double back. Jack Butcher is running an open edition called "8" and it closes at 8pm ET tonight. The mechanic is unusual. You send $8 to @jackbutcher on X Money, you put an Ethereum address in the memo, and your transaction ID becomes the seed that generates the artwork. No wallet connect, no gas war, no mint site. Just a payment. The catch is that X Money is US only. You need to be a US resident, 18 or older, with an X Premium or Premium+ subscription and a verified US phone number. It is also not licensed in New York or Massachusetts, so plenty of Americans are locked out too. I am not American. So I cannot mint this at all. Here is the deal. If you can use X Money, I will pay you $16 in ETH for every $8 you send on my behalf. You keep the $8 difference. How it works: Go to 8.virtualbacon.com and enter your X handle. The page gives you your own unique Ethereum address. Not a shared one, yours specifically. Send $8 to @jackbutcher with that address in the memo. It has to be a separate $8 transaction for each mint. One $80 send counts as one mint, not ten. Come back to the page and paste your transaction ID plus the ETH address you want to be paid at. Why everyone gets a different address: when Jack mints, each NFT goes to whatever address was in that memo. Because yours belongs only to you, I can look on-chain and see exactly how many arrived from you. That is how you get paid the right amount without me having to trust a screenshot, and without you having to send me one. I am not asking anyone for a picture of their payment history. On timing: I pay within 24 hours of Jack confirming the mint is complete. If he has not confirmed within 7 days, I pay everyone anyway based on what they claimed. If you sent more than shows up at your address, message me the receipts and I will settle it. Nobody gets zero while holding a real claim. One safety note, because there are already fake versions of this going around. The only link is 8.virtualbacon.com. I will never DM you first, never ask you to connect a wallet, and never ask for a seed phrase.

Small clarification since a few people asked: payouts are in USDC on ETH. Still $16 per mint.

Replying to @jackbutcher
And of course if any of my American chad friend's just wants to help me out. I'm also down to do a bunch of these with someone but apparently you get restricted after about 50 of them so you have to crowdsource this. Kudos to Jack Butcher for creating this fair mint game 2.0
