day 1
i analyzed 12 faceless youtube channels, most of them built with AI, and this is what i found:
> several are less than a month old and already have millions of views
> one got 4.5M views on its very first video
> every single one hit 100k views within its first 6 uploads
> they're all telling a story
> the story is built on real-world facts and numbers that are actually interesting
> they all have one unique main character
> the picture changes every few seconds, nothing sits still
why am i doing this?
i'm starting an experiment: building an automated youtube channel from scratch, with zero experience in this field
day 1 rules:
> the channel is faceless
> i'm not recording anything
> the voice is AI
> the main character is built in code, so it looks the same in every frame
> editing has to be automated
> only minor edits by hand
0 videos, 0 subs, €0
goal: monetised by the end of january
i won't say which channel it is, but i'll share everything else here. numbers, mistakes, what works and what flops
