‼️YouTube community posts are a COMPLETE IGNORED growth tool and i need to talk about them: _____ → community posts show up in subscribers' feeds the same way YouTube videos do. a poll, a question, or a behind-the-scenes image posted to your community tab reaches your subscriber base without you uploading a video. → polls get shown to non-subscribers too. YouTube surfaces engaging community posts to potential new viewers. a well-performing poll can bring discovery the same way a video does. → use them to tease upcoming videos. "posting a video tomorrow about [topic], who wants to see it?" generates early clicks and signals demand to the algorithm before the video even goes live. → behind-the-scenes posts build intimacy without production time. a WIP screenshot or a "here's what i'm working on" text post takes 2 minutes and deepens subscriber loyalty significantly. → ask questions that relate to your upcoming content. "what's your biggest vtuber struggle right now?" before you upload a video answering that struggle creates a perfect content flywheel. are you using community posts? 🔖 free reach most creators leave completely untouched

the HONEST REALITY of being a vtuber + things i've learned from teaching this stuff: _____ → most growth problems are discoverability problems, not content quality problems. i've seen genuinely amazing streamers with 10 viewers because nobody knows they exist. fix discoverability first! quality only matters once people can actually find you. → the people who grow fastest are not the most talented. they're the most consistent AND the most willing to analyze what's working and change what isn't!! → your community will grow faster than your view count. 100 people who talk about your content daily are worth more than 10,000 passive viewers who watch once and forget. → the question "should i buy a better model to grow" is almost always the wrong question. the right question is: what do new viewers see when they find me for the first time? fix that answer first. what's the thing you MOST needed to hear when you started vtubing? 🔖 save and send to a vtuber who needs this!!

🎯 how to make every stream feel like it was worth the viewer's time: this is the question i ask myself at the end of every session!! _____ → write notes for yourself to talk about when during the stream when you feel quiet! → create at least one memorable moment per stream intentionally. this sounds manufactured but it isn't. memorable moments are usually peaks of emotion! → check in with new members in chat every 10-15 minutes. explain what's going on!! explain who you are! → end on a high note, not just a tired "okay i should go." the last impression stays. THANK EVERYONE‼️give people a reason to come back before you say goodbye! what makes a stream feel "worth it" to you?
