Scripture tells us that when Jesus encountered a man possessed by demons, He asked him a powerful question:
“What is thy name?”
The answer came: “My name is Legion: for we are many.” — Mark 5:9
Jesus confronted what was before Him by first calling it by name.
Today, as we remember the horrific violence of October 7, we must also be willing to identify the ideology that motivated the perpetrators.
What happened on October 7 has a name.
The murder of innocent people, the taking of hostages, and the deliberate targeting of civilians were acts of terrorism carried out by Hamas. The broader extremist ideology this film seeks to confront is jihadism.
This is a call to recognize and confront a violent extremist ideology that has brought suffering to Jews, Christians, Muslims, and other communities across nations.
We cannot effectively confront what we are unwilling to identify.
It has a name: Jihadism.

@mohammad_dahlan is the man who can deliver Peace and counter terrorism in the Palestinian territories (agreed on them with Israel after October 7) and Gaza after Hamas removal.
I met him, we had very long discussions. He is an ally of the UAE, and good with Saudi and Egypt
Most importantly he could become a real partner on the ground with Israel against all types of jihadists.
Opinion: If Mohammad Dahlan can help construct a bridge between Hamas’s exit from government and a reformed Palestinian Authority, it could become temporary scaffolding for building a new Palestinian political system.
