Customer sends their contract. Now someone has to check it against your standard terms. I put a customer MSA and our contract playbook in Box and asked Box AI to compare them. It flagged five deviations, each with our standard position, the fallback and who needs to approve. Took about 15 seconds. Legal still makes the call. They just start with the issues already laid out. @Box

Watched an admin at a manufacturer size up a new document type live on a call. Bill of lading, a dozen or so fields, plant numbers that don't match how the plants actually talk about themselves internally. He asked if there was a way to just teach the system the fields instead of building it out by hand first. Handed it a document, set the fields, and said if you gave him a new document type right now he could have it live and flowing through the system in 5 to 10 minutes. That's the gap @Box Extract just closed on the template side. Building a Custom Extract Agent, you hand it up to 10 reference files, Box AI reads them and drafts the metadata template, you edit whatever's off, save it. No trip to the admin console to build the template first. Manual template creation moved inline too, you now don't have to map by hand. Either way the template lands in the admin console immediately and works across Box Extract, Box Apps, Box Automate, wherever your team already lives.

I used @Box AI home in 5 unique ways last week. Common theme: When you content is AI ready, you can do cool stuff and work better

In 2005, a 20-year-old college student left USC to start a company that many believed would be crushed by Microsoft and Google. Around the same time, another CEO was making an equally unpopular bet, investing billions into programmable GPUs years before AI became mainstream. @levie bet that enterprise content would become the center of how businesses work. Jensen Huang bet that GPUs would become the engine behind the next generation of computing. Both spent years defending visions that looked wrong before they looked inevitable. November 5th, those two bets are colliding. Enterprise AI only creates value when it has trusted, governed content to reason over. @nvidia is building the infrastructure that powers AI. @Box is building the intelligent content layer that makes AI useful inside the enterprise. That's why I'm excited that Aaron Levie and Jensen Huang will share the stage at BoxWorks this November. Two founders. Two decades of conviction. One conversation about where enterprise AI goes next. If you're thinking about the future of work, this is one keynote worth watching.

Every RFP used to mean hours of digging through past proposals, certs, and staffing docs to piece together a response. @Box an agent reads all of it, drafts the response, and drops it in a workspace built automatically the moment the RFP qualifies. A human still approves before it goes out, but the multi-hour draft takes minutes. Reality Check: your teams are already dumping all of this into unsanctioned AI tools, if you don't give them a sanctioned one.
