Did something today. I threw out all of my ‘morbidly obese’ clothes that I have been hanging onto. This is because my mindset about weight has changed. It used to be I would lose a few pounds and know ‘its ok if I gain it back’. My mindset has changed, though. No going back. In December I was 305 lbs. Now I am 240 lbs. The next step is 199 lbs. Its going to be harder than the first 65 pounds. Thanks to those who have helped along the way. #weightloss #noturningback
