In July, I sued Polymarket in New York Supreme Court for scamming me out of $500K on the MSTR event market.
Now, they are being sued by the New York Attorney General, for operating an unlicensed gambling operation - based in New York.

Polymarket is trying to seal our complaint and redact their addresses from all filings.
Because a schizo came into the Polymarket discord last year and threatened to kill them (literally their argument lmao). We OBJECT!

They might have a better chance if they didn’t already post their address publicly in a bunch of places, including on the public Google Play store, and referenced it in the New York Post.

Polymarket are sitting in New York, claiming they don’t have to follow US law, and furthermore, they can STEAL from you.
And you can’t do ANYTHING about it.

We've just confirmed that we can add people to the case. Now, we can go to court for EVERYTHING.
