just knowing how gangstalkers operate may hurt you because it either destroys your trust or your faith in humanity, which may produce the same results as being their target. However, sometimes, knowing may outweight that.

If someone is shooting at you, you may want to know where is the attacker, but nothing changes the fact that you're in a firefight. You can survive through a battlefield being oblivious and looking unimportant, but you're more likely not to.
