Daily lessons from 10+ years in crypto I believe: - p2p all the way - users should stay in control - permissionless systems enable experimentation at scale

Mutuals are the oldest form of pooled protection on earth. A quarter of the world's cover ($1.6T across 4,700+ societies, ICMIF24) runs on this structure On-chain, the sector holds ~$104M. Why? Because they cover the wrong thing: web3 losses WE are building HANSE to fix this.

DeFi has lending, trading, derivatives, stablecoins so naturally the next financial primitive is: “we all just put money in a pot in case something goes wrong” mutual risk pools are coming to @Solana DeFi for real-world risk. any risk. Actually, anything your members agree on

Solana @mtnDAO Demo Day with 💡 Accord and Mutual Risk Pools Demo day pitch presenting Accord (), a Schelling point based adjudication system on Solana. ✅select jurors from a pool, ✅have them commit to & reveal a verdict ✅majority rules Incentives do the hard work to keep keep jurors in line with the truth. The only outcome of accord: A verdict, to be consumed by another Program. A program on top has been built called Hanse: mutual risk pool - the oldest form of pooled protection on earth. This is why engineers have to rewire their brain to become entrepreneurs. We are taught to present what we can to others in our field and want to impress like minded. As founder, you have to strip your message down dor a VC that makes a decision less than 32 seconds into your pitch challenge accepted
A real professor makes a simple problem look complicated, just to impress the students.😄

The only time I had a chance to talk to @toly at BP25 was early. He saw my coffee and said: "I need one of these", turned around and left. Now I am thinking: Insurance to make sure @toly has a coffee (or tea) when he needs one at BP26. Claim 10x by photo proof.

It's wild how people react to @riprapxyz .. Let's be clear about one thing: It's PARODY on the surface. London is safe Underneith, it demonstrates a new kind of asset on @solana: Real World Risk Protection Putting that on chain is long overdue. And necessary. Stay tuned

You know what? @superteamuk is right, we are wrong. Kevlar beats chainmail. The intern fails us with his research. He's being sent to the Tower of London. No trial.

Disputes are at the heart of human 👱interactions, and growingly, also between agents 🤖. I am using @solana as a tool to solve them, on a global scale, permissionlessly, p2p because I believe people can do more together than apart, without surrendering control. 🧵

Accord is permissionless. Create a Subaccord for your domain, stake, get drawn. Or file a dispute from any wallet, no intermediary. The Schelling point is honesty: strangers converge on the truth because each expects the others to. It's on mainnet now. Break it! Or fiddle around on devnet, your call.
