Relight is now live in ImageFlow before it lands in Photoshop
🚨 Adobe stock is about to get another hit today: About a week ago, they announced a beta feature called Relight. Today I'm officially releasing a better version of Relight that works in your browser for FREE directly in ImageFlow! For those who still doubt the SaaS apocalypse, think about it... - They charge a subscription + 30 ai credits for each render → ImageFlow is free - They upload your photos to their server to run the ai model on it → ImageFlow runs entirely in the browser, nothing is uploaded

I don't doubt that this is his true feelings, but that first sentence is not right.
I'm not paid by the hotel lobby or something btw I was a big fan of Airbnb and would prefer to stay in Airbnbs if they were great I want to have a kitchen to cook steak and vegetables, and not go outside to eat in restaurants or get shitty hotel food But I can't book Airbnbs because I the "rating anxiety" is so high because I can't trust the ratings and I end up with my bags in some place that sucks, so the variation of quality is too high to be able to seriously use for travel (except maybe in Asia) So they leave us no choice to just go back to hotels Meanwhile hotels still don't have kitchens! What a missed opportunity! Hotel industry could CLEAN UP entire Airbnb by just adding kitchens to rooms

There is no tier high enough for someone actually building things. 20x weekly quota wiped out by midweek.

Is there a benefit to reposting your own tweets? Does the algorithm give it more visibility?

Jev is already forgotten, it came as fast as it left. We should stop rewarding people who hype new models to get views.
Jev is overrated and will be forgotten in about 2 weeks. 1. It’s not smart enough. All use-cases i’ve seen are very simple decisions, things the simplest and smallest llms can already do. 2. It can’t see images or hear audio. You basically need to give it the context textually and then it will output in a structured json, nothing crazy… 3. It doesn’t have any reasoning capabilities (goes back to my point #1) What’s great about it is that it’s cheap, so it can have some very specific and limited use cases, but it is not going to disrupt llms.

Over the past few months I've been secretly working on a Photoshop-grade image editor that works in the browser and is 100% FREE. But I'm just too afraid to launch it and see it flop like many of my recent projects 😢

It fully supports the PSD format and renders it better than any other tool (believe me or not, but it renders even better than photoshop)... It even has some AI-powered features like object selection, infill (for things like removing people)...

I made my websites peek out at visitors. The widget catches their attention: click it, and it shows a short intro inviting them to follow me on X. Good idea, or too distracting?

With the rise of agents and interconnection of services, if you get compromised under one account everything else gets compromised. Security is going to become a massive problem. If your fb account gets compromised and you have muse connected with gmail, you can get all your other accounts compromised. If your claude/codex account gets compromised, and have remote control enabled then the hacker will get access to all of those devices. AI has also makes it very easy to scan a computer for passwords, cookies, tokens, crypto keys… in 10 minutes it can extract everything and escalate from one account to the next systematically.

Evolution of the Web has a macOS mode  Watch 35 years of macOS UI evolve right in front of you. From classic Mac → Aqua → today. Which era was peak macOS? 👀
If you spent way too much time on the internet growing up, you’ll probably recognize some of this. I recreated the same website across different eras of the web from 1995 all the way to 2040. Old-school HTML, Flash-era chaos, Web 2.0, glossy everything, flat design, AI… It was surprisingly fun trying to remember what each era actually felt like.
