Miro was acquired today at a 90% discount to its last valuation. The company reported ARR of more than $500 million in October 2024 and approximately $600 million today, suggesting modest growth. YipitData’s spend data, covering 1.5 thousand U.S. businesses and 4 million U.S. consumers, tells a more concerning story: both customer count and revenue have declined steadily since September 2025. Nvidia's moat isn't shrinking — it's growing in absolute terms. This chart tracks est. GPU cloud revenue by chip since Jan 2023: total spend is up ~8x, and Nvidia chips are still nearly the entire stack. AWS's Inferentia/Trainium? Still a rounding error. Note that the data reflects large enterprise panelists, and excludes some major Tranium rental spenders like Anthropic.

I asked the founders if I could say which company this is, and they said ok. It's Greptile, which incidentally also has one of my favorite names of any YC co.
These guys had a crisis in late 2024 when their revenue declined sharply. It seemed dire at the time, but now you practically need a magnifying glass to see it.

We flagged Greptile as a breakout company in our July report: same inflection point, same shape as the chart above. Always nice when the data agrees with @paulg.

👀 Lavender AI's customer growth has taken a downturn.
