Well @KFUPM knowingly appointed the #fraud Bekir Yilbas as acting director of the joint research center for industrial microtechnologies. I guess the president of the university, Muhammad M. Al-Saggaf, promotes/loves fraud! Bekir Yilbas has more than 10 retractions already!
