You feel like they gave authors a template "Fill this in" and they blindly follow it. If you have 1 minute of actual content for a topic, COMBINE MULTIPLE. Then create a section of "Quick Tips" or "One Minute Tutorials" and still put the structure around that module.

True. They also get paid by the minute, so they try to draw it out.
